Subsequently, we carry out a price valuation, either for purchase or sale, based on a financial model that we create internally tailored to each case.

Once this analysis has been carried out, we advise each client, explaining in detail the conclusions we have drawn from our work.

Our extensive network of contacts allows us to reach operations that are usually out of the market, and within the scope of only a few investors.

In order to understand the investment strategy of our clients, we hold regular meetings that allow us to understand their needs in each moment, which allows us to select only those opportunities that may be of interest to them.

All the opportunities that we present to the investors in our portfolio have been previously analysed by our experts using financial models based on the asset exploitation strategy of each client.

We always start by analysing whether our client’s price expectations are in line with market prices for an asset at a given time.

Once we have completed our work of analysis, we present our conclusions to the client, trying to understand their position and to convey to them what we consider to be the market situation for their asset.

In all cases, our main objective is to maximise our client’s return, and to this end, we are able to structure complex transactions with several parties involved (e.g. change of use from office to hotel involving buyer, operator and developer).
